Wedding Officiant Costs

Officiating fee starting at $300, which includes time before and during wedding, 1 hour of travel; $25 per additional hour of travel, paperwork, and ministerial consultation six-weeks prior to the wedding. An additional fee of $450 includes rehearsal, six-weeks prior to the wedding.

STEP 1 - THE FIRST HOUR: OUR STARTING BASE PRICE COVERS IMAGES DEVELOPMENT, THE FIRST 50 MILES OF TRAVEL, TRADITIONAL AND PHOTOJOURNALISM PHOTOGRAPHIC WEDDING COVERAGE (Up to 100+ shots/hr), UP TO AN HOUR CREDIT FOR "ON TIME" STARTS, YOUR CHOICE OF ONLINE VIEWING, PRINTS, OR PROOF CD, AND PREP COSTS.  ALL THAT FOR THE 1ST HOUR OF ANY WEDDING DAY, FOR JUST $125.

COMPARE, AND SAVE! UP TO 25 GUESTS MINIMUM, PLUS $25 PER 25 PERSON GUEST COUNT OVER THE MINIMUM. This also entitles customers an optional "split" credit discount. DISTANCES OVER 50 MILES IS AN ADDITIONAL $12.50 PER 25 MILES.

CANDID, MIXED, OR OTHER PHOTO COVERAGE ARE FREE FOR OVER FOUR HOURS OF SERVICE, AND INCLUDES YOUR CHOICE OF STYLE(S). THIS $100 CHARGE IS ADDED FOR UNDER FOUR HOURS OF SERVICE, BUT WAIVED IF OVER 75 GUESTS.

CD Wedding packages start from $350. Wedding album packages start from $450. Photo/video pkgs start from $485 w/CD, and $585 w/album. $100 LESS w/o candids & other styles. For prices of more than one hour of service, do the math and compare. Travel is extra.

STEP 2 - ADD EXTRA TIME: FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR OF PHOTO COVERAGE, DEVELOPMENT, ADDITIONAL LAB COSTS OF EXTRA PHOTOS, AND FINAL PREP THEREOF. IF YOU DON'T NEED MORE THAN ONE HOUR, GO TO STEP 2. OTHERWISE, ADD $100 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR OF SERVICE YOUR BIG DAY REQUIRES. 

FOR EXAMPLE: A local bride, with 25 people, needs a photographer for 3 hours. The quote would be $125 + $100 + $100 (2 more hours) + $100 (for candids) $425.  REMEMBER - Options are also available.  In the same example, the bride's wedding starts an hour late.  Her 3 hours are still covered so the photographer doesn't charge for the extra hour (4 hours total). If her event starts on time, she's awarded an extra hour, at no additional cost. Quote doesn't include an album, but gives her $50 of FREE package options, or $25 of options & $25 off her wedding package price with an optional "split" credit discount.

The quote for a bride with 50 guests(25 more people) is $25 more for the same 3-hour period $575 + $25, or $600.

STEP 3 - CREATE YOUR PACKAGE: FROM CDs TO PARENT'S ALBUMS, MAKE YOUR PACKAGE AFFORDABLE BY CHOOSING THE ADD-ON OPTIONS. Events of two hours or more, entitles you to free options (Except "Savers" pkgs.). Each additional hour is a $18 credit towards the options below. The Optional "split" Credit Discount is good for over 25 guests, and must only be used towards the items below, prior to any remaining 50% discount of its total. Example: A $225 optional "split" credit discount gets $125 of options & $100 off the total wedding package.

Minimum Down Payments:

1/3 to 1/2 deposit and/or monthly installments
