About Booking Photo Apppointments:

   We'll require an upfront nonrefundable appointment payment to secure your time slot, which can be either a check or money order. Payments are to be sent to our P.O. box, promptly. We also accept credit cards over the phone. Appointments are scheduled to allow time for your payment. If it isn't received before your appointment date, you'll have to reschedule. So, don't attempt to show until your date is confirmed. Once your payment is received, you'll receive an appointment/payment confirmation in your email address, or a phone call. Bring several changes of outfits to be photographed in, on the day of your shoot.  Any cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance of the scheduled appointment date, in order to receive a refund of the appointment fee.
 Photo Shoots - Mostly done either outdoors or at an indoors location.

 

Portfolios of Models and Talents

Portfolios start at $80/hr (Beginners) and includes either a CD, or a set of photos. "Combo" shoots start at $120. Shooting time over an hour is charged $60. An on-location travel charge of $25/first 50 miles + $12.50/25 miles thereafter required. Extra CDs are just $40 for each timeframe of photos, under 60-minutes. Example - An extra CD for a beginners two-hour photo shoot is $80. Inquire about your specific photo shoot.

 

Intermediate shoot - $150/hour w/CD, extra CD - $100/60min-timeframe;

 

Senior shoot (Experienced) - $225/hour w/CD, extra CD - $150/60min-timeframe.

 

 

FREE PHOTOS for Beginners

We also do TFCD (Truly free) which includes a free CD. "TF" session is for only an hour of shooting. Although there's no charge for the shots (a $200 value) itself, $40 is only for the photographer's time. An extra CD is just $25. Travel charge required for all on-location shoots.

REGARDING OTHER PHOTO SHOOTS (NON-PORTFOLIO) - Read below:

   A 1 hour portrait session, including time, materials, & prep, and as many shots within that timeframe, starts at $69. Session price includes a $45 studio fee, a sheet consisting of 1-8x10, or 2-5x7s & 4 wallets, 3-4x6s & 4 wallets, or 12 wallet-size photos of each pose.  Extra sizes or combination of each pose is just $15 each. A sheet credit is given to punctual customers. $39 minimum payment is due after session, and any balance for photos/CD is due when they're ready. A flat rate of $29 is charged for each additional hour with extra shots.

 

Paid booking portrait customers - An appointment/sitting charge of $39 is required to schedule an appointment, and is a separate payment from any photos purchase.  This advance payment is nonrefundable, unless notified 24-hours in advance.  Otherwise, any rescheduling will require an additional payment of $39 to book a date.

 

OUTSIDE MASSACHUSETTS: A travel charge will be required for any portrait event or sitting.

 

REGARDING LARGER PHOTOS:

Photo prices of $30, $50, and $80 can be converted to an equivalent package of smaller size photos including 8x10, 5x7, 4x6, 3x5, and/or wallet size.  Some events require an extra payment only if a session goes over 1 hour.  Most individual sessions usually don't exceed one hour.

Wallet size, 3.5x5, 4x6, and 5x7 photos are part of a package.

 

Digital quality portraits can also be produced "on-the-spot" for just $25 extra for setup!  Otherwise they will be sent by mail carrier. 11"x14", 13"x19", 16"x20", and 20"x30" sizes will be sent by mail carrier.  Accessories such as frames, plaques, stands, etc., are extra.

 

 

Other individual services may require a duration time, type of photos, and shot count in order to estimate the rates for those services.  Ask about other events.
